Senior Associate – ESOPs

Description

PCE seeks a Senior Associate to join our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) group with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial advisory services related to ESOPs. Responsibilities will include running ESOP Feasibility Studies, assessing a company’s financial and operational performance, constructing financial models to determine company value and debt capacity, writing offering memorandums to describe a company’s strategy and growth prospects and generating lists of buyers and/or capital providers who should receive the offering memorandums.

Senior Associates are expected to graduate to either an internal positon managing other associate and analysts or an external position pitching prospects and directing transactions for our clients. We have positions available in our Orlando, Chicago or Ridgewood, NJ area offices.

Senior Associates work in small, client-focused teams within the Investment Banking group devoted to helping PCE’s clients achieve their financial and strategic objectives. The successful candidate will have opportunities to work closely with senior deal team members, will have the support of junior team members, will also have significant client interaction and the ability to directly contribute to the team’s success.

Requirements

Required to have direct ESOP experience working in financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and/or valuation, and a college degree. Candidates should possess a strong accounting or finance background, as well as excellent quantitative, writing and communication skills. We seek individuals who have first-rate interpersonal skills, have the ability to work in a team environment and have an entrepreneurial drive and spirit, while providing excellent client service.  PCE is unable to sponsor applicants for work visas.
