Our interns participate in current investment banking and business valuation projects. Interns work directly with our associates to contribute to active project goals. We offer the opportunity for our interns to gain real-life experience that allows them to apply classroom instruction to actual business needs. Interns’ work includes financial statement modeling, forecasting, researching current transactions, staying abreast of industry trends for market research, ESOP feasibility studies, public company analysis, and all other areas of investment banking and business valuation. Additionally, each intern will be assigned a mentor within the company to ensure the intern is maximizing their learning opportunities.
Current graduate and undergraduate students in business programs (or complementary degrees) are invited to apply for our 10-12-week program. Internships are paid and are offered throughout the year. The start dates vary, but typically follow school schedules. Our summer internships are 30+ hours per weeks and our fall and spring internships are approximately 20 hours per week.
Past internship projects have included:
- Financial Statement Modeling
- Confidential Information Memorandum (CIMs)
- Public Company Analysis
- Comparable Transaction Analysis
- Discounted Cash Flow Analysis
- ESOP Feasibility
Undergraduate degree preferred; undergraduates welcome if they are in their senior year by the start of the internship. The candidates must have strong research, quantitative, and communication skills. We seek individuals who have first-rate interpersonal skills, have the ability to work in a team environment, and possess a passion for learning about the investment banking industry.
