PCE Announces the Sale of Marick, Inc.

PCE Investment Bankers, a leading financial services firm for midmarket companies, is pleased to announce the sale of Marick, Inc. ("Marick") to the Orion Group ("Orion"), a commercial facility services business. PCE served as the exclusive advisor to Marick, a leading commercial refrigeration and HVAC service company.

Rick Thornton and Mark Thornton, co-owners of Marick, hope to build on the culture Marick has developed over the years through their partnership with Orion. Mark Thornton stated, "Our partnership with Orion will allow Marick to invest meaningfully in recruiting, training, and developing the best people in the industry. We'll look to continue to grow our footprint in Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas and also consider opportunities for further geographic expansion to better serve our customers."
