PCE acted as the exclusive advisor to Taylors in this transaction.

Taylors, located in Winter Park, Florida, was established in 1948 and has been operated by the Deaver family since 1988. Over time, Taylors has built a national reputation as a reliable, independent compounding and retail pharmacy focused on both the human and veterinary markets.
