PCE Expands Focus on Software and Technology with the Addition of Ali Masoud

PCE is pleased to announce the addition of Ali Masoud to PCE's M&A practice. Masoud joins PCE as Vice President and is responsible for deal execution. Masoud specializes in buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and general corporate advisory transactions.

With over a decade of experience leading buy-side and sell-side transactions across diverse industries, with a strong focus on software and technology, Masoud brings extensive skills and a proven track record of success to PCE. Additionally, his experience as a Turnaround CEO demonstrates his adaptability and problem-solving skills.

Masoud graduated from Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs, with a Master of International Finance and Economics and from the University of New Mexico with a Master of Science in Physics.
