Atlanta, Georgia – PCE Valuations, LLC, an affiliate of PCE Investment Bankers, a leading provider of investment banking, ESOP, valuation and advisory services, is pleased to announce the addition of Paul Vogt as the firm’s Business Valuation practice leader. Paul is based in PCE’s Atlanta, Georgia office.

Paul has extensive experience advising public and private companies, private equity firms and their investors, nonprofits, attorneys, and government agencies in valuation, investment, and other financial consulting matters. His primary focus has been financial reporting pursuant to FASB ASC 805, 350, 360, and FASB ASC 718 / IRC 409A.
His broad experience includes valuation of business enterprises, intangible assets, privately held equity securities in complex financial structures, debt, performance and market-based equity awards, warrants with price protection features, embedded derivatives, and contingent liabilities. Paul also has prior experience in litigation support in shareholder disputes, marital dissolution and civil and criminal investigations.
Paul has worked across multiple industries, including information technology services, software-as-a-service (SaaS), healthcare, manufacturing, consumer products, and automotive retailers.
Prior to joining PCE, Paul was a Vice President in the Atlanta office of Houlihan Lokey, where he led the complex financial instrument valuation team, focused on valuation and consulting matters for the firm’s clients. Prior to that, Paul was a Director in the Atlanta office of Grant Thornton LLP’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, where he performed valuations focused on financial reporting purposes associated with asset allocations, goodwill impairment analyses, and valuations of complex financial instruments.
