PCE, a financial services firm, is seeking an experienced full-time Administrative Coordinator. The coordinator's responsibilities include:
- Managing office communications, including mail, phone, and email
- Maintaining the company calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Handling Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P), including maintaining records and processing transactions in QuickBooks and Bill.com
- Updating and maintaining Salesforce CRM data
- Managing office supplies and office equipment inventory
- Liaising for multiple property maintenance groups and third-party IT support
- Assisting with FINRA compliance requirements
The coordinator will also support managers with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
The Administrative Coordinator ensures the office runs smoothly and supports team members as needed. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional professionalism, strong attention to detail, self-motivation, the initiative to move projects forward, and a genuine willingness to support and collaborate with our team. Additionally, candidates should be punctual, organized, technology savvy, and capable of multitasking, contributing to our team's success.
Requirements
We are looking for individuals with first-rate interpersonal skills, a college degree, and at least two years of relevant experience working in a professional office environment; or a minimum of five years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Candidates should possess strong writing and communication skills and excellent computer proficiency. A FINRA Series 99 license is preferred; if you do not have the Series 99 license, you will be required to pass both the FINRA SIE exam and Series 99 exam within six months of your hire date.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer generous compensation and benefits to full-time employees, including competitive salaries and bonuses, remote working options, paid professional and personal development and training, and a substantial PTO plan of eight weeks per year. Remote work two days per week will be considered after six months of employment.
Salary range: $55k-$60k
